David, you write with such clarity and eloquence, one hardly knows where to begin. Too many of my friends are reflexively, unthinkingly, left-wing in their outlook; I shall certainly direct them to you in future. Whether it will do any good, I don't know, but you've given me new heart in my battle to try and overcome their ignorance and lazy acceptance of media opinions as fact.
