That hard, unyielding mask conveys a lot of emotion. I'm impressed...

There’s a lot to be said for simple pleasures.

That ad totally works on me. I'm going to buy a house and get a big dog and father a child and buy a Volkswagen and buy the kid a Vader suit and, oh yeah, probably get a driver's licence just so I can do this.

Brilliantly done.
David, I can't find the seatbelt ad you linked to ages ago.

It's gone right round the office and it's still making us laugh.

OT, but have you seen this thread at Harry's Place? Lots of intelligent chat about Judith Butler and her crowd.

CIngram,
Thanks. Saw.
Anna,
I had to watch it several times to savour the mother’s expression.
Posted by: David | February 03, 2011 at 19:24
For me the moment to repeatedly savour was the bit where he pushes his dad aside in his eagerness to perform the forcey thing on the car.....
Hell, I've started the giggles again......

Pitch-perfect, hits all the right notes. THIS is what a good commercial should be.

I must have watched this ten times now. All things spoofing Darth Vader are gold. I expect you've all seen The Vader Sessions?
