Stunning.

Just say Eyja mountain glacier.

David

“Just say Eyja mountain glacier.”

Oh, that’s no fun. I was planning to offer a prize for the first person to memorise the correct spelling of Eyjafjallajökull.

Possibly a small cake.

E-y-j-a-f-j-a-l-l-a-j-ö-k-u-l-l.

Can I have my cake now?

David

Ah. I see a possible flaw in my plan.

It's caused by global warming don't you know. We will all burn up unless big Zero implements his cap and trade program and the oil sands are shut down. It's the least we can do to save mother earth. I mean it's too cold in Iceland for volcanos so we haven't much time before there will be volcanos in Antartica. Only the Big O can save us.

Volcanic ash can be a serious business.

Perhaps we should throw a virgin in? Do you suppose bidisha has found a date yet? I jest of corse...about the date part...

"I was planning to offer a prize for the first person to memorise the correct spelling of Eyjafjallajökull."

Icelanders are already laughing at our attempts to pronounce it...

Anna, we'll never live this down. :)

Fearless Leader

The earths core is millions of degrees Fahrenheit--Al Gore.

We now have a volcano releasing these millions of degrees into the atmosphere.

Glaciers Melting, enough Global Warming for 6 planets,
Seas and Oceans moving beyond their bounds,
Droughts, Earthquakes, Clone Wars,
Dogs and Cats sleeping together.

Mass Hysteria!

Too late! There are a bunch of volcanos on Antarctica. Active ones. Mount Erebus spits steam most of the time.

Simen Thoresen

I see people commenting that climate-change does not cause volcanoes, but rather volcanoes cause climate-change.

I'm not sure that the distinction is clear for everyone.

Nice Gaia-porn, though.

Damn, now I have to think up another "unguessable" password for my bank account.

Laban

As well as the volcanos, don't forget the Antarctic Ice Towers.
