It’s a “powdered soft drink” with “cider and cola taste” – served, obviously, via a tiny, self-assembly plastic toilet. Though I should point out my browser’s translation is a little baffling. It also informs me, “Delicious bubbles bulky from miniature toilet cute! You eat smoked through a straw millet.”
