Discriminating aesthetes that you are, this archive of estate agent photographs may be of interest. It includes, among other delights, a marvellous illusion of space, evidence of paranormal phenomena, a space-saving two-dimensional bathroom, a selection of intriguing stains, and a cunning use of packing tape, hopefully a load-bearing brand.

We've needed a replacement for the mostly dormant Unhappy Hipsters.

"...a selection of intriguing stains..."
Do people learn nothing from 'CSI' or 'The Sopranos'..? Plastic sheeting, folks! It's what it's made for!

Ahhhhhh, Mebbe.
http://terriblerealestateagentphotos.tumblr.com/post/42377968749 does look just like the hipsters only just stepped out, or should be congealing there soon.

"hopefully a load-bearing brand"
Clearly not a proper 200 MPH Duct tape.

Never rush a photograph. Even if an intruder is literally pressed up against the window immediately behind you.
When you see it...
intriguing stains
Oh boy. Having been in the business for more than a decade (and my father for nearly 3 decades before that), the nasty ones there are tame. For one thing, it's astonishing what disgruntled tenants can do, but hoarders are the worst. After being forced to throw out perfectly good shoes because the stink simply would NOT wash off, I keep a pair of rubber boots with me when I go out on inspections, just in case.
On the other hand, I've seen photos in property listings that are so obviously manipulated, I don't understand how they can be legal. What looks spectacular in the advertisement, looks mundane and pedestrian, at best, in person.
