R. Sherman

It was an educational outing.

Reminds me of a zoo excursion many years ago when my eldest child was young. As I recall, the culprit was a single Kodiak bear. I explained his behavior as "taking a bath" and hustled to the penguin habitat.

I note the trombonist played four different instruments. I didn't know there were different kinds of trombones.

One of those bomber jackets is from my Dad's B-17 crew.

I can’t help thinking there’s a story here.

Rise of the vegetation.

Ah, yes, Kudzu.

Bomber jackets.

Oh, what do you know, they look like actual clothing for a specialized use by adults, instead of something dragged behind a hipster for thirteen blocks and then worn as an attempt at status signaling by over aged children.

---Then again, costume marketing of the nineteen empties was part of the early hipsters and the undoubted, bar nothing, butt-ugliest decade of the entire 20th century . . .

When the DVD of Zootropolis comes out, look for it in the Deleted Scenes section.

David

look for it in the Deleted Scenes section.

Maybe it’s evidence of an alarming mutation caused by exposure to cosmic rays or a freakish lab mishap.

Rabbit. Rabbit. Rabbit. Rabbit. Rabbit. Rabbit. *poof!* Eagle.

That Japan video was excellent.

Canberra Quack

Rise of the vegetation.

Seems like an eco-greenies wet dream. Total misanthropy.

Japan at speed

Wow.

We're booked for Japan for 3 weeks this Nov and will be traveling all over via Japan Rail.

David

I’m more than a little envious.

Wasp nest of note

:::shudder:::

Though, as a kid, in early spring I'd scatter short lengths of brightly colored yarn about the yard and then spot the colorful nests the birds built.

I’m beginning to appreciate your softer, more whimsical side. :-)
