Clearly, he’s well-equipped to educate other people’s children as to how the world is.

Would they be encouraged and impressed? Would they imagine their money is being spent well? Do they not care?

I read the link to Nexus Global and read it in disbelief

Despite efforts to depict ‘travellers’ as another supposedly besieged minority, many of them seem quite happy to victimise others as both a matter of routine and a form of entertainment. I've been rereading portions of Heather MacDonald's The War on Cops. It would probably be easier to sell Antarctica than the increased application of the death penalty that I was contemplating.

However the Warner Brothers cartoons were not created for children. They were shorts before the main feature at adult cinema. Therefore it was perfectly obvious to the audience that Pepe le Pew was a caricature of a French lothario. That was obvious to me even as a seven year old. Other racist tropes were less apparent to me as a child, e.g. Speedy Gonzales as an "amusing" counter-example of the "lazy Mexican" stereotype.

Growing up Slowpoke Rodriguez was my idol and I turned out just fine.

I had more thoughts about this part. The most important part of the Declaration of Independence is

You don’t put Gandalf clip art on top of an announcement that is likely to be met with outrage. The writer assumed that the staff would accept what he or she saw as the obvious need to keep Travellers out [...] I assume that there was an implied “after what happened last time” there.
Incidentally, an article from 12 January 2016 in The Independent,‘Butlin's and Pontin's accused of keeping secret 'blacklists' of Traveller families’, shows this goes back at least five years and probably longer.
I think it’s probably also worth noting that there’s been a long-standing admiration for travellers and gypsies among bourgeois intellectuals - at least in the UK - that stretches back at least to the nineteenth century.
The painter Augustus John for example, a darling of the Bloomsbury Group, took to the road in a gypsy caravan, taking both his wife, children and mistress with him in an early prototype of something like an experiment in anti-Capitalist polyamory.
It was a lifestyle seen as being in defiance of stifling Victorian morality and an escape from Middle Class peer pressure to conform and consume.
And apparently it’s a lifestyle that still seems to be popular with present day inheritors of that Bloomsbury tradition … which I can only imagine must involve some very practised turning of a blind eye to the almost certainly shocking rates of domestic violence against women and children in that community

The fawning indulgence of this alleged “community,” and the suspension of normal proprieties, is quite revolting. As noted here before, if your chosen lifestyle is rooted in parasitism and a belief that, having turned someone’s field or whatever into a litter-strewn biohazard, you can just move on and leave some other sucker to deal with it, then other antisocial tendencies are hardly surprising. And the more that such behaviour is indulged and excused by councils, police, and leftist pundits, in the name of some supposed group victimhood, the more likely it is that those antisocial behaviours will be emboldened.
As illustrated by the grimly farcical Henry Vincent saga from a couple of years ago.

If you create a Designated Victim Group and exempt its members from normal proprieties, even basic reciprocation, the result will not be gratitude. A contemptuous sense of entitlement, expressed with increasing boldness, seems much more likely.
Despite efforts to depict ‘travellers’ as another supposedly besieged minority, many of them seem quite happy to victimise others as both a matter of routine and a form of entertainment. Whether by invading and vandalising other people’s property, often gratuitously and with obvious glee, or by menacing those on whom they trespass with barely-veiled threats of robbery and violence. And our self-imagined betters would have us believe that we should not allow our judgment to be informed by such experiences.

However the Warner Brothers cartoons were not created for children. They were shorts before the main feature at adult cinema. Therefore it was perfectly obvious to the audience that Pepe le Pew was a caricature of a French lothario. That was obvious to me even as a seven year old. Other racist tropes were less apparent to me as a child, e.g. Speedy Gonzales as an "amusing" counter-example of the "lazy Mexican" stereotype.

What we need is a sense of proportion. There is a world of difference between "Cuties" and "Desmond is Amazing" and cartoon characters that have been around for years.
I would be surprised if the number of guys who decided to become drag queens because as kids they saw this is a number greater than zero.
The secondary issue is the notion that, as referenced above, one can only be a strong empowered wymxn if one looks and acts like a stevadore and couldn't get a date at a Sadie Hawkins dance with a lasso, bullwhip, and a taser.
Meanwhile, I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me because I saw it Saturday mornings as a kid.

When Speedy was in the crosshairs a few years back I distinctly remember the commentary from (non-woke) Americans of Mexican descent being that the character was a hero to them growing up. In other words, they viewed him the same damned way every non-Mexican kid did.
Regarding scenes of exaggerated sexuality in classic cartoons, I believe they served three important purposes:
1) They clued girls into the power of femininity.
2) They clued boys into the dangers of giving into that power - i.e. making themselves into the fool.
3) They were funny.
